Job Description
Join ASG as an AI/ML Engineer to build the intelligence layer of our recruiting platform — from semantic matching to AI-generated outreach.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain semantic similarity models for candidate matching
- Fine-tune LLMs for resume parsing and skill extraction
- Develop and monitor ML pipelines in production
- Design A/B experiments to improve match quality
Nice to Have
- Publications in ML/NLP venues
- Experience with RLHF or fine-tuning
- MLOps experience with Weights & Biases, MLflow
