Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will build scalable backend systems and APIs powering our AI recruiting platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performance REST APIs with FastAPI
- Own the candidate ingestion and parsing pipeline
- Collaborate with ML team on embedding and matching systems
- Ensure 99.9% uptime and sub-200ms API response times
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews
Nice to Have
- Experience with pgvector or other vector databases
- Knowledge of LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI)
- Familiarity with AWS (S3, SQS, Lambda)
